ASTRA-GLAZE-SW®+ GRAFFITI REMOVAL
Recommendation #1 - Trenwyth's GRAFFITI WIZARD environmentally friendly cleaner
GRAFFITI WIZARD environmentally friendly cleaner removes most paints and permanent markers, varnish, glue, crayon, oil, grease, food spills, etc. Apply GRAFFITI WIZARD using a brush or cloth. Let stand 10 seconds to 20 minutes, depending on the severity of the stain. If using on a more porous or textured surface, use of a non-metallic stiff bristle brush may be required. Wipe off with a damp cloth. After stain is removed, neutralize the surface with water, making sure that all of the GRAFFITI WIZARD is removed from the surface.

Recommendation #2 - Trenwyth's REVIVE
REVIVE is a powerful graffiti remover that could mar the ASTRA-GLAZE-SW®+ glazed finish if not used properly. REVIVE is non-hazardous and non-flammable.
Apply REVIVE to a soft cloth and rub gently onto the graffiti. Continue rubbing, vigorously if necessary, until all of the graffiti and REVIVE is removed. REVIVE can be rinsed from the surface with water, if so desired. CAUTION: If REVIVE is allowed to dry on the glaze, permanent shiny areas will result. REVIVE removed from the glaze after 20-30 minutes may leave a shiny area that will fade after several days.

Recommendation #3 - X-MARK REMOVER 2154®
X-MARK REMOVER 2154 is effective and will not damage the ASTRA-GLAZE-SW®+ glazed finish. CAUTION: X-MARK REMOVER 2154 is flammable.
X-MARK REMOVER 2154 is available from Delta Foremost, (800) 238-5150 in Memphis, TN. The minimum order is a case of 48 aerosol cans (each 15 oz.).
Recommendation #4 - ORANGE POWER®
ORANGE POWER is a water and citrus-based graffiti remover that is not as effective as the above products. ORANGE POWER is environmentally friendly and will not harm the glazed finish. Ignition sources do not have to be avoided since it is non-hazardous and non-flammable.

EPOXY GROUT REMOVAL
Fully cured epoxy grout cannot be totally removed from ASTRA-GLAZE-SW®+ facing. The following products, however, can remove most of it:
Denatured alcohol - use first since it will not damage the glazed face.
Xylene - CAUTION: Too much exposure time or rubbing pressure can dull the gloss of the glazed face.
Both of these products are flammable. They are available at most hardware or building supply stores.
