On February 7, 2012, Carter's, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Maso, LLC, completed its asset purchase of Carter's Concrete Block, Inc. in Logansport, IN, inclusive of Kokomo Masonry Supply in Kokomo, IN. We are excited about this new venture and welcome Carter's into the Maso family of companies, which includes Masolite, in Fort Wayne, IN and Precast Specialties, Inc. in Monroeville, IN.
With the acquisition of Carter's, Maso, LLC has brought together two of the leading block manufacturing facilities in the state of Indiana.
